From R101 (K101) towards Pretoria

• Pass Johnnic Boulevard (towards Gallagher Estate)
• At the next robot turn left into Church Street
• Go through 2 robots, passing the MacDonalds on the right
• At the next robot turn right into Market Street and then immediately left into the Health Emporium
• The gym is in the back left hand corner down the passage past the pharmacy. Just follow the signs.
• I am in an office in the back of the gym

From R101 (K101) towards Johannesburg

• After the New Road intersection, take the split right into Old Pretoria Road
• At the second robot turn left into Church Street (Across the road from The Boulders Shopping Centre)
• At the next robot turn left into Market Street and then immediately left into the Health Emporium
• The gym is in the back left hand corner down the passage past the pharmacy. Just follow the signs.
• I am in an office in the back of the gym

From N1 North (Towards Pretoria)

• Take the New Road offramp and turn right towards Midrand (be careful not to turn into the Star stop)
• Go past 16th road and at the next robot turn right onto the K101 (R101)
• Take the split right into Old Pretoria Road
• At the second robot turn left into Church Street (Across the road from The Boulders Shopping Centre)
• At the next robot turn left into Market Street and then immediately left into the Health Emporium
• The gym is in the back left hand corner down the passage past the pharmacy. Just follow the signs.
• I am in an office in the back of the gym

• Take the New Road offramp and turn left towards Midrand (be careful not to turn into the Star stop)
• Go past 16th road and at the next robot turn right onto the K101 (R101)
• Take the split right into Old Pretoria Road
